My family and I love this as it adds something different to a side dish when things get boring.
it’s so easy and you can adjust it by adding more cheese or less depending on your taste

Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 1/2 head Cauliflower
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 pinches Nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 tsp Moroccan spice
  • 1 1/2 - 2 cups cream
  • 1/3 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Cut the cauliflower into florets and put into a baking dish. Add the salt, nutmeg, Moroccan spice and both the cheeses. Pour the cream over the top and mix.
  2. Bake until cauliflower is soft. Roughly 30mins cooking time depending on how big you cut the cauliflower.

Notes

If you want to thicken the sauce just add in a little bit of cornflour and cook for a bit longer

  • Sounds delish. Will need to make this for myself as I love cauliflower!

  • One of my all time favourite veggie dishes. I’ve always cooked the cauliflower first though and never thought to add Moroccan spice before
