Notes

This Creamy Coleslaw also tastes amazing with a handful of sultanas or corn kernels to give it a sweet touch. Also lovely with some chopped gherkins or topped with toasted slivered almonds.

  • Love a crunchy coleslaw and the ingredients in this recipe are some of my favourite foods.

    • Jalna yoghurt gives a nice creamy texture to salads.

  • This sounds delicious although it is a lot so might have to cut it in half if possible. Come on summer so I can try this out.

  • I will be trying this, but I will halve or quarter the recipe – one person couldn’t eat that much in a week! Thanks so much for sharing as the mayo always turned me off eating coleslaw.
