  1. Preheat oven to 120C.
  2. Mix together all the dry ingredients in a big bowl except the cranberries.
  3. Melt coconut oil and honey together on the stove top or in the microwave then add to the dry ingredients and mix so that everything is coated.
  4. Line a baking tray and spread mixture across it evenly (you may need to use 2 trays).
  5. Cook for 10 mins then turn and cook for another 10 mins or until golden.
  6. Allow to cool, add cranberries then serve with yoghurt and fresh fruit.

Notes... To reduce the sweetness, simply omit the cranberries and replace the honey with butter.
  • A delicious muesli packed full of goodness, thanks for sharing!.

  • A lovely breakfast mix. yum.

    • I made a big batch of this. I am not a mega sweet tooth so as suggested I omitted the cranberries and it was the perfect amount of sweetness for me.

      • yes, the cranberries certainly do sweeten it. I was actually hoping to add sour cherries (as I love sour things) but the store didnt have any so went for the cranberries :) glad it worked well for you!

      • I love the healthy breakfast, so tasty

  • Oh wow, I’ve gotta get me some of this! Lol. Thanks so much for sharing, this looks utterly delicious! :)

  • A big dollop of Greek Yoghurt would work well with this.

  • This is my kind of muesli. I would add some grinded flax seeds.

    • That’s a good idea! With all the coconut and nuts, it is rather rich so you don’t need much.
