Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 10 Dates, Pitted
  • 1 Banana, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom, ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
  • 2 cups Milk, of your choice

Method

  1. Blend the dates with some of the milk until you get a smooth paste.
  2. Add the rest of the milk, bananas and cardamom and blitz away for a couple of minutes.
  3. Chill and serve.

Notes... A family favourite.
  • A different interesting smoothie. In Christmas style. :-)
