Easy moist banana cake everyone will love


Ingredients (makes 1 loaf size cake)

  • 125g Butter
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 ripe Bananas mashed
  • 1 & 1/2 cup Self-raising flour
  • 1/4 cup Milk

Method

  1. Melt butter with the sugar and vanilla in a medium saucepan.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add mashed bananas and stir through.
  4. Add egg and mix well.
  5. Add flour and milk, then mix lightly
  6. Bake at 170 degrees for approx 40 minutes

  • We love banana cake. I make one without butter and sugar, just with banana’s eggs and almond meal some cinnamon and raw vanilla powder
