Quick, simple recipe for dinner


Ingredients (serves 5 | makes 1 family sized pie)

  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • 250g Frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 fillets chicken diced
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 cup Milk

Method

  1. Pre heat oven 200c
  2. Cook chicken in a pan until golden brown. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl. Once chicken is cooked add it to the mixture. Optional-Add a tablespoon or two of cornflour to mixture if you want a thicker gravy like consistency.
  3. Pour into an 8x8 tin or pie dish. Cook at 200c for 45 minutes or until pastry is golden
