Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 400 ml Cream
  • 250 grams Chocolate

Method

  1. Melt chocolate. Save a little to grate on top for decoration at the end.
  2. Whip cream until soft peeks form.
  3. Add melted chocolate and continue to whip.
  4. Grate left over chocolate and decorate. Put in fridge for at least an hour before serving.
