Ingredients (makes 12 )

  • 2 Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Self-Raising Flour
  • 125g Butter
  • Jam of your choice

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and beat in.
  2. Add flour and mix into dough.
  3. Roll into small balls and press a hole in the middle, fill with jam
  4. Bake for 15 mins.

Notes

This is my husbands fav, he makes them super big for his morning tea!
