This is a lovely summer afternoon tea

Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 750g tub Fresh yogurt
  • 1 Bunch of grapes
  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Passion fruit

Method

  1. Line a loaf tin with glad wrap ensuring there is enough to wrap over the top before you freeze it
  2. Place yogurt and fruit in a bowl and stir until combined
  3. Pour mixture into the lined tin and freeze overnight, to serve unwrap and turn out of tin, then slice with a hot knife.

Notes

You can pretty much add any fruit you have on hand or what will go well with the yogurt you have
