A quick and easy dessert or snack to get some fruit in your diet.

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 banana
  • 1 passionfruit
  • a few dollops custard
  • a sprinkle shredded coconut


  1. Chop the banana up into chunks.
  2. Place a few pieces of banana in a glass, follow with a dollop of custard, then more bananas, the dollop of custard until you have used up the banana.
  3. Place passionfruit on top and sprinkle with shredded coconut.

  • Love the banana, passionfruit and coconut but sorry I am not a fan of custard, maybe I could use cream or ice cream. te he. thanx.
