Gluten Free Chocolate Mousse is always a winner! Add some Nutella and it’s a mousse made in heaven.

Gluten Free Chocolate Mousse is such a great option when you want a quick and easy dessert everyone will love. The real problem is getting everyone to only have one serving, and not gobble the mousses all in one go!

Just 3 ingredients, 15 minutes and you have a gluten free chocolate mousse ready to delight.  This recipe makes enough to serve 6.

Thanks so much to MoM Member Sim for sharing her Gluten Free Chocolate Mousse with Nutella Recipe.

When making this recipe, we recommend using a good quality chocolate rather than a cheap cooking chocolate.  Good quality chocolate is still available in the supermarket but will give you a much smoother ‘mouth feel’ than the lower quality chocolate. There are lots of brands available. Just look for one with at least 70% cocoa. Essentially, the darker the better!

Did you know Chocolate Mousse first came onto the home cooking scene in the sixties?  Along with Crepe Suzette, Bombe Alaska and Profiteroles, it’s been around a long time! That’s probably because its velvety, light as air texture never goes out of style. Many have tried to mix it up, make it healthy, or make it contemporary but we think a classic chocolate mousse is always an awesome choice for a sweet treat for a special occasion.
