A sweet, yet healthy brunch treat.

Ingredients (makes 1 topped crumpet)

  • 1 Golden Crumpet with Oats
  • 1/2 tub Greek honey flavoured yoghurt
  • several Dried apricots


  1. Cook crumpet
  2. Allow to cool slightly and top with greek yoghurt
  3. Decorate the top with several dried apricots.
