Perfect for any fish or even chicken dish. To use as a dipping sauce.


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 2 tbsp Hellmans or Real Foods Mayonnaise (good quality)
  • 1 handful Fresh italian parsley
  • 1tbsp pickled gherkins

Method

  1. Chop gherkins into small pieces
  2. Finely chop Parsley
  3. Mix the chopped parsley and gherkins into mayonnaise.
