Homemade Gourmet Pizza


Ingredients

  • 1 Bought pizza base
  • 200gm Smoked salmon
  • 3 tsp Baby capers
  • 250gm Tasty cheese grated
  • 1/2 Onion Red onion - sliced
  • 1/4 Red capsicum - sliced
  • Fresh Coriander or baby Rocket
  • Squeeze of Lemon Juice

Method

  1. Place the pizza base on pizza tray or stone and spread tomato puree on it evenly using spoon.
  2. Place grated cheese, onion, capsicum and smoked salmon evenly on top. And then spread drained capers and chopped dill.
  3. Cook for 10 - 12 min on 180°C
  4. Drizzle with a little olive oil and scatter with fresh coriander or rocket

  • I will print this for my Mum – she loves smoked salmon and capers and often has it when we go out to lunch but i don’t think she’s ever had it on a pizza!

  • This is splendid! I love pizza and always looking for great, new fresh topping combinations. This one hits the nail on the head. Could always add some prawns as well, but perfect just with the smoked salmon and capers.
