Easy to make ahead of time ready for the party.

Ingredients (makes 16 Pieces)

  • 4-6 Oranges
  • 1/4 cup Boiling Water
  • 1 tbsp Gelatine
  • Fresh or frozen berries of your choice.


  1. Cut oranges in half and juice to make 1 3/4 cups of orange juice. Remove pulp and place orange shells in a muffin tray.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup of boiling water into a jug and sprinkle gelatine on top. Stir well to dissolve. Stir juice into water mix.
  3. Half fill shells and chill until nearly set. Add berries of your choice and cover with more mixture. Chill until set. Cut into quarters and serve.
