easy and quick jelly pudding


Ingredients (makes 8 jelly pudding)

  • 100 gr Konnyaku jelly powder
  • 450 ml Orange juice
  • 100 gr Konnyaku jelly powder
  • 450 ml Water
  • 100 gr Sugar
  • 2 Kiwi fruit, blend

Method

  1. Boil first layer ingredients ( orange juice and konnyaku jelly powder) in a pot until dissolves well.
  2. Pour the orange layer jelly into the moulds ( a half moulds). Letting everything set and cool.
  3. Boil second layer ingredients ( water, sugar, konnyaku jelly powder and kiwi ) in a pot until dissolves well.
  4. Pour this kiwi layer on the top orange layer and letting everything set and put in the fridge for at least one hour.
  5. Serve chilled.

  • I must try konnyaku jelly. My vegetarian children would appreciate that.

  • Looks good. I’ve never tried to use citrus in Jelly because the packets say it won’t set.

  • Looks and sounds delicious. Could possibly use gelatine or jell-it-in as I have never heard of konnyaku jelly powder and it may be difficult to purchase in my area. Different fruits such as strawberries would work also.
