A refreshing drink during these hot summer days!

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 1/3 cup natural yoghurt
  • 2 1/2 cups of your favourite milk, cold (I used almond and coconut milk)
  • 2 cups sliced mango, fresh or frozen
  • 4 tbsp honey


  1. Put all ingredients in the blender and mix well.
  2. Serve in tall glasses and enjoy!
