I just used up some leftovers for this kebab. I usually also add lettuce, tomato and onion as well. You can add anything else that you like. I think this is so simple and easy but it is more of a treat.

Ingredients (serves 8)

  • Roast chicken or some other roast meat
  • sour cream
  • bbq sauce (or garlic sauce - see notes)
  • olives
  • cheese
  • wraps

Method

  1. Lay the wrap down and add all your ingredients and top with the sauce. Fold to close.
  2. You can eat as it is or toast it in a flat sandwich maker or flat grill.
  3. Enjoy!

Notes

The wraps we bought had eight in the packet. I have a quick version of garlic sauce if you would prefer that over bbq sauce: 1 cup of yoghurt and add minced garlic to taste and mix well.

  • Sounds yummy and your garlic sauce sounds delicious!

  • Saw the picture and made me think of what my older boys use to do when they were hunger. Grab a can of heat n eat plus some cooked rice and then cook it in the sandwich press. Love your idea too.

  • Congrates on submitting a recipe, the hard bit is over. My older sons do something like this with can meals, in other words mum will not make me a snack so I pick the lazy way to get something.
