Ingredients (serves 5)

  • 2 packet Nutrijell ( jelly powder ) orange flavour
  • 800 ml water
  • 200 gr Sugar
  • 2 tsp Dried basil seeds

Method

  1. Mix well nutrijell with sugar and pour the water, stir well until dissolved and boil. Turn off the flame, wait for 3 minutes then add basil seeds.
  2. Pour the jelly into jelly mould. When the jelly is cold, leave in the fridge. Nutrijell ready to serve.
