The nutty flavour of the peanut M&M’s and flakes of chocolate make these cookies a delight.

Ingredients (makes 15 cookies)

  • 200g butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 4pc chocolate
  • 200g peanut M&M's

Method

  1. Beat butter and sugar together until creamy
  2. Add eggs then stir through flour
  3. Grate chocolate (white or dairy milk) into mixture and fold through
  4. Roll into ball in hand and place on a greased baking tray, as many as you can with approx 4 cm distance between each
  5. Press peanut M&M's into the mixture and place in oven at 180 degrees celcius for 15-20mins

  • I make a pretty similar recipe but with standard M & M’s, one of my kids favourite. I do mix in the M & M’s into the mix.

    • I mix M&M’s into my biscuit mixtures too and also place some on top – can never ever have too many M&M’s in and on biscuits!
