Lovely sprinkled with herbs and you can even spoon a dollop of sour cream on the top.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo medium potatos
  • 80grams butter
  • 2/3 cup chicken stock

Method

  1. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
  2. In a muffin tin tray stack the sliced potato in each.
  3. Pour the stock and butter in the 8 potato stacks. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another30 minutes until golden.

  • Wow, so yummy! Wish I had the time to peel that many potatoes. I can’t walk five steps without my kids asking me for something!!!
    Let’s say cooking has become really hard to tackle.
