Ingredients
- 1/4 cup pumpkin
- 1 cube Silken tofu
- 1 small pinch Ginger powder
- 1 small pinch Dried oregano
Method
- Steam pumpkin and tofu until cooked. Add in ginger and oregano, cook for a further 2 minutes.
- Mash and serve.
Notes
I tried this recipe with hard tofu before but it was not as appealing as silken tofu. Hope you bub likes it!
