This is an easy hotdog to make which will get fussy eaters coming back for more.


Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 2 frankfurters
  • 2 hot dog buns
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 2 tablespoons aioli
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1 handful grated cheese
  • 1 handful coriander

Method

  1. Cook frankfurters according to instructions.
  2. Split buns and toast under the griller for 30 sec or until slightly crispy on the edges.
  3. Spread buns with aioli and avocado mash. Cover with the frankfurter and top with grated cheese, tomatoes and coriander.

  • Hot Dogs are great and really you can put anything with them. If you put out bowls with different choices of foods kids will build their own.

    Grated carrot
    lettuce
    alfalfa
