I love, love, love my homemade sausage rolls. Nothing compares to a homemade version. I recently had to use store bought, and it reminded me of why I don’t buy them very often at all. I also love to pick up tips from others of what to add to the mix for flavour. Mustard powder is a new one, thanks for that tip. I sometimes add grated zucchini too, but otherwise our ingredients are pretty much the same.
