So quick & simple for seafood lovers.

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 125 grams Raw prawns
  • 125 grams Marinara mix
  • 1 tsp Minced garlic
  • 1 Lemon


  1. Make sure seafood is thawed before cooking.
  2. Preheat frypan and add garlic and seafood, whilst cooking squeeze on lemon juice.
  3. Cook for approx 6 minutes.

Notes... Garlic & lemon juice can be adjusted to suit taste. Is also nice with chilli.
