A simple yet Delicious lunch snack for a busy mum on the run


Ingredients (serves 1 | makes 1 bowl )

  • 1 Orange
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • Sprinkle Pepper
  • 1 packet Bagel crisps
  • Drizzle Olive oil

Method

  1. Peel orange then cut into pieces
  2. Drizzle olive oil over top then pepper and salt.
  3. Mix altogether and you can eat this with Bagel crisps or with some Pasta Dura bread and soak up the orange juice in the bread . Simple but delicious if you are on the run and have a busy day.
