  • never heard of vanilla pea protein! have to google it

  • Interesting .. coconut cream!! My kids love smoothies and 1 only drinks Almond milk. She may just super love this!!

  • I haven’t tried a smoothie with coconut cream before, sounds great!

  • Strawberries and cream – yes please.

  • I can’t see why you can’t use fresh strawberries when they’re in season; not the water content from them being frozen.
I am beginning to wonder if this recipe is actually an Australian one. I havew never heard of vanilla pea protein. I suppose there has to be a first time for everything.
Perhaps when there is unusual ingredients there should be a comment stating what the ingredient is derived from and where it is available.

  • Adding avocado and coconut cream makes this a not so healthy choice. I’d personally use strawberries, milk of choice (I use dairy), flax meal or oil, frozen spinach, a blend of WPI/WPC (dairy protein), and only use plant proteins if I had an intolerance to dairy.

I’m sure this recipe is delish but my choices are based on studying nutrition for improved metabolism, health and body composition.

  • vanilla pea protein – never heard of it!! Must google now!
