Ingredients (makes 4 popsicles)

  • 1 cup strawberries, roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 cup custard

Method

  1. In a medium bowl combine strawberries and honey.
  2. Fold strawberry mixture through custard and spoon into popsicle moulds. Place in the freezer to set (2 hours or overnight).

  • Sounds like a great combination. Reminds me.of Strawberries & Cream.

  • You could use blueberries as they are rich in antioxidents. Another alternative is blackberries or passionfruit
