Cute little healthy finger food for little tummies!


  • 1 packet Mini rice crackers
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1tsp Salmon paste
  • 1 packet Nori snack sheets


  1. Mix salmon paste with avocado.
  2. Spread paste and avocado on to crackers.
  3. Top with a piece of seaweed sheet.

Notes... Nori snack sheets are thinner and crisper than traditional seaweed sheets and are designed to be eaten without further preparation.

  • I’d love these, as anything with seaweed in it gets my tick of approval. Shame no-one else in the family likes it … more for me.


  • Love sushi so this is a good way to enjoy it.


  • Yum these would be a lovely snack for either myself or my son. Unfortunately when I have made nori rolls my son doesn’t like the seaweed, so I would probably leave it out on his portion.
