I love putting miso in everything. Makes a quick stock and yummy too! Hope you guys like it!
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 150gm Freshly chopped spinach
- 1 pack Noodles
- 2 teaspoon Miso
Method
- In a pot of boiling water, cook noodles according to packet. Discard the water and set aside.
- In Another fresh pot of water, boil and throw in spinach. Cook for about 20 seconds then add in miso. Stir well and pour everything over the noodles.
- Serve with fresh herbs like coriander or parsley.
