Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 440g tin tuna
  • 230g tin corn kernals
  • 230g tin creamed corn
  • 500g bag of prefered pasta
  • 150g butter
  • 150g flour
  • 400ml milk
  • 1bag spinach
  • 1punet cherry tomatoes
  • pinch salt and pepper to taste
  • 500g grated cheese

Method

  1. cook pasta as per packet instructions (i only use 1/3 of the pasta but freeze the cooked leftover pasta in portion sizes for a quick easy meal later on or for Mr fussy 5yr old)
  2. melt butter in a pot add flour and cook for 5 min then slowly add in milk continually string until you get a nice thick white sauce. remove from heat add half the cheese into the white sauce.
  3. chop cherry tomatoes into quarters.
  4. mix it all together! pop in a baking dish and top with cheese (can be mad to this stage in advance and left in the fridge) bake at 180 for 20min or until golden brown and hot :)
