I cook up a batch of veggies and purée and place into Nuby Garden Fresh easy pop freezer trays. This makes it easy of a night to get bub fed and I know that it is all fresh.

Ingredients (serves 18)

  • 4 White potatoes
  • 1/4 Small pumpkin
  • 2 Small sweet potatoes
  • 2 Large carrots
  • 2 Yellow squash
  • Handful Green beans
  • 1 Broccoli

Method

  1. Peel the first 4 ingredients and chop into small cubes. Place in a pot of water and boil on the stove until soft.
  2. Cut the last 3 ingredients and place into a seperate pot and boil until cooked.
  3. Place into a baby blender/processor and blend until there are no lumps.
  4. Store in freezer safe containers and they are ready to go for dinner each night. Just heat up in the microwave for a minute.

Notes

You can also add finely chopped chicken to this also.
