We love vegie chips; sometimes we eat them with dips too! Use vegetables to suit your taste. Add salt and pepper to taste or leave out.

  • Oh wow I have never tried this before I need to though

  • I don’t think I have ever actually made these before. Sounds good.

  • And what a great way to get the vegetable intake up in picky children.

  • Yum yum yum, I’d need to make double caus I’d eat them during prep

  • So healthy and the dip idea makes it into a really fun snack to have too as you can change it up. Thank you. I like the idea that you’re also getting a dose of veg too.

  • WE love making and eating homemade veggie chips :)

  • Great idea to eat them with dip! I’ll have to make a healthy dip to go with them, sounds amasing!!

  • yum! What a cheap option and healthier too!

  • Yep, and cheaper than buying them from the shops. They taste amazing!

  • Interesting, never considered beetroot as a crisp! Thanks for sharing!

  • Great way to have healthy chips for the family

  • I’ve made apple and pear chips, but never veggie chips.

  • I’ve tried sweet potato chips and pumpkin chips, not as good as potato chips in my mind. Have to say I’ve never thought about using them for dips. I’m sure any veggie as a chip would be amazing in a dip!

  • healthy snacks….movie and chips
