Healthy vegie pots with dip.


Ingredients (makes 1 vegie and dip plate)

  • baby carrots
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 yellow capsicum
  • 1 celery stick

Method

  1. Wash and prepare vegetables; peel the baby carrots; slice the cucumber, capsicum and celery.
  2. Place the vegetables in the pots.
  3. Serve with dip.

Notes

Choose the vegetables you like; I like to use colourful vegetables.

  • I like your presentation as it seems more visible than just on a serving tray.
