Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 200 g Block of White Chocolate
  • Handful sprinkles

Method

  1. Break up the chocolate and place in a microwave safe bowl, and place in the microwave for 60 seconds.
  2. Using a fork, stir the chocolate so there is no lumps.
  3. Spread onto baking paper, and sprinkle on the sprinkles. Place in the fridge to set, once set, you can break it up how you like.

  • Why not make it onto a shape for a birthday cake (e.g.: a flat 5 say 15cm tall and 10cm wide). It would look pretty impressive on a cake!

    • yes i keep getting tricked everytime that i see this pic! i think that it is a star! it would look really good as a shape! you could put in just blue sprinkles and make it a star shape and serve up at a kids party for a frozen theme.
