A real crowd pleaser! easy and delicious


Ingredients (serves 8)

  • 600 ml thickened cream
  • 180 grams white chocolate, chopped
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup caster sugar
  • 2 tablespoons boiling water
  • 3 teaspoons powdered gelatine

Method

  1. Pour cream,chocolate, sugar and milk into saucepan and melt over a moderate heat until smooth and chocolate melted
  2. Sprinkle gelatin over boiling water and whisk with a fork until smooth
  3. Sit for 2-3 minutes until dissolved
  4. Add to cream mixture and mix well
  5. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours
  6. unmould on to serving plates and decorate with berries ( or any other fruit in season )

Notes

Drizzled with Raspberry sauce and berries looks and tastes yummmmm! But this recipe lends itself to be topped with any seasonal fruit Can be made a day ahead and decorated on the day
