A winter warming casserole.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 500g Rump Steak, Diced
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Potatoes
- 1 Small Onion
- 1 Cup Frozen Peas
- 4 Cups Beef Stock
- 1 Tablespoon Worcstershire Sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/4 Cup Cornflour
Method
- Place beef, vegetables, stock and sauce in a casserole dish and cook at 180○ for 1 1/2 hours.
- Remove from oven and stir in cornflour until thick and serve on a bed of mash potato.
