  • I usually have a snack mid afternoon. I try to stick to nuts but sometimes it’s fruit loaf. Nothing too sweet and fancy. It keeps up the energy levels.

  • The kitKat chocolate seems worth a try. And I do like popcorn, but prefer it with butter, salt, or icing sugar, so that prob won’t work for me

  • Sometimes, when you hit that slump, the only thing that will satisfy it is sweet or greased foods. But I’ll happily try these ones above to avoid the ones I mentioned
