My son don’t lay down so swap to nappy pants. More easy when changing his nappy.

You may want to try moving his nap earlier in the morning if he still naps? This helped my little guy at that age

I think that is around the time i started doing sleep training with my son. Very similar to the way time out works.. Take your son to bed at the time you want him to go to bed. Do a good routine before hand with book and cuddles. Say goodnight and leave the room. If he gets up and comes out again or crys out ect take him straight back to the room. This time no cuddles just a goodnight and walk out. He will continue this but you must be persistent and he will learn it is time for bed and if i get up mum will just put me back into bed anyways so i might as well stay here.

wow its hard work but i don’t know how long it will take. i have to keep trying till he realizes that when in bed its time to sleep when he cries he sounds like he is scared to be in his room even though we have a light on just outside his room so he can see.

I remember my LO would cry and scream between 10pm-midnight. we stay in units/apartments -the neighbours were nice not to complain to us! thank goodness it stops – 1.5 years later…

I had this same problem with my daughter she would scream and scream. I was seriously waiting for the police to show up at my door. We put safety gate across her door. I would leave the lamp on in the lounge but I would vacate to my room shut the door and and watch tv in there. Took about a week for her to realise I wasn’t giving in to her. The second week within 10 mins she was asleep
