Story Bad November

I guess it’s not a real “mum story” but this month has been horrendous. Firrstly, the oven stopped working and it cost $550 to get an electrician to find we have rats in the roof. A couple of days later, I stepped between an Aboriginal woman who was attacking a woman with two toddlers and copped a bag across the head and got a black eye – attractive. Last weekend, I was trying to give a friend’s cat an oral flea treatment and it bit right through my fingernail.. To top it off, I had a car accident on Sunday and I now need a new car – smaller definitely with brakes that work. Next November I’m taking the whole month off.l

  • Oh my! Quite a difficult month you had. So nice to hear how you helped that mother, and took care of that cat. It’s a pity for the “side effects” ;-) on you!

  • Such a shame for you – and so many bad things when you have been helping others! With a run like that, things can only improve – good luck and here’s hoping this was a once off things that never happens again.
