It is ok as long as the centre has a long experience of looking after babies and safety issues. Perhaps even talk to parents about it. We were lucky we had inlaws to help , and then went to preschool a bit later on . I would use it if I have absolutely no choice and need to return to any work so work out the options available and do research .

It’s great for socialising for the kids and they do craft activities which i think is great! I put my kid in at 18 months

Do what works for you and your family there is no right or wrong. You have to feel comfortable with the decision. I sent my daughter to daycare just after she turned 1 so I could go back to work parttime….I was aprehensive qbout doing it, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. It was really good for us both, my daughter loved going and learnt so much and we both made new friends. My daughter ended up in daycare until she started pre primary this year. I was sad about her going to school because I loved her daycare they became like family after 5 years of her going!

  i would keep bub at home personally and when they hang around lots of other little kids, they get colds and stuff way more but the plus side to that is their immunity will be really good.

  You have the freedom to change your mind so don’t stress too much about it but if you have things to do, or even just want a break for yourself, then go for it!
