I had stupidly mad a bet with my husband that his parents wouldn’t watch our two children for any longer then a weekend. He thought otherwise.
We talked about going on a hike together which is 65kms long and takes 6 days, i said i would go if his parents would watch our children.
He asked and they said yes. So the training was put in place. We packed our hiking bags (20kgs for my bag) and off we went. The hike is in Tassie and is called the overland track. We walked it and make it all in one piece. I highly recommend the walk to anyone wishing to get away from life and get in touch with nature!
