After having two kids, it can be hard to get back on the wagon and lose weight.
With my first son I stacked on 30 kilos, and only lost about 15 of that before I fell pregnant with my second son (2 years apart). My youngest son is 8 months old and I am proud to say through healthy eating and exercise I have lost 10 kilos this year! I am starting to feel so much better about myself.

  • It is certainly a battle. I’m still pregnant with my first and not sure how much I’ve gained during pregnancy but can already tell it will be a while before I get back to pre-pregnancy size. I’m happy tho as I know that the end result is well worth it

  • Congratulations! Funnily enough my story is almost exactly the same. I put on around 20kg with my first, lost around 15 and put 13 back on with my second (16 months apart). I’ve now lost around the 15kg mark at last check so I’m pretty happy with my progress so far. Now I just have to work on getting rid of the belly! Good luck on the rest of your journey – you can absolutely do it :)

  • Congratulations on your weight loss. I also gain alot of weight with my first child and fortunately lost if all and more within the first six months. But with my second child for some reason it was not so easy, it took me over 12 months of hard work. I find doing a lot of walking really helps, so I try to do this every day.
