Hello!

It has been years, since I went to a live concert but last night I had the best live concert experience! Bon Jovi rocked Suncorp Stadium here in Brisbane. Their last concert in Australia and I, along with a few friends, was there to see it! To be honest, there were only a few songs that I knew of Bon Jovi and I hadn’t considered myself a fan but I was given a ticket for a Birthday/Early Christmas present from a beautiful friend who was a fan and it meant so much to her that I be there to enjoy the once in a lifetime experience with her.

It has been 30 years since Bon Jovi first launched their first album and they have never stopped. Jon Bon Jovi was electric, and that smile of his could melt a million hearts. Even when it rained, it did not dampen the spirits of the band or the sold out crowd. They were humble, grateful and gracious to their Roadies and Backstage crew and especially, to their fans. They even mixed it up a little by playing (to my delight) Jumpin’ Jack Flash and Start Me Up by the Rolling Stones and Highway to Hell by AC/DC for the Aussie flavour! The only disappointment was the missing, Richie Sambora. Oh well, you can’t have it all. The set was brilliant – the hood of the car which they have named Sofia after the city she first debuted. The incredible special effects and lighting show just added to the stars of the show, the band Bon Jovi.

Great night was had by all.
