I have decided it’s time to loose the mummy tummy and muffin top. So far I’ve set out my plan, mixed with walking the dog. I’m not going to go to a gym and feel ashamed, I’m going work out around the block and house, mainly while doing housework, considering I have 3 (2,3 &6) I have a lot of that. When the weather stays consistently nice I will be spending a lot of time on the bike, oh the horror how will my butt survive, but I’m looking forward to the toned (hopefully) body for some of summer.

  • I’m wondering how you’ve gone? I plan all the time to exercise more and eat better. I am eating healthier but I like food too much

  • Good on you and good luck with your fitness plan. Don’t ever feel ashamed of your body. Our bodies do the most wonderful thing in growing a baby and giving birth to our children. Our bodies come in all shapes and sizes. :)


    • Thank you. I have been lucky enough to carry 3, lost 8. But I’ve also had a hysterectomy and would love to tone up. This weekend hasn’t helped, been curled up on the couch with a killer headache and upset stomach, I can’t stay upright for too long.
