Miss 6 started school this year. At the end of term one we had our parent teacher interviews. She was going great academically but she was being very bossy and over powering. I made her a deal. If she improves on her getting along with others and sharing and listening to her friends she would get to go to the cinema at the end of term 2.
Well she did it, her report was wonderful and she had really worked on getting along with others. Off we went to watch Despicable Me 2 on Saturday as a family. Both girls were super excited when they received their popcorn and drink. It was Miss 2s first time, she was a tad restless at the end but I think that was due to the level of nois. I might take them to a quieter kids session next time.
They both loved the movie it was hilarious in parts and Miss 6 couldn’t stop cackling lol.
She still has a few things to work towards this term so we have made the same deal again.
