Hello!

First of all I want to clear it’s not the teenage prom ;) but I also think most of the practical mums here will readily understand what the term means. Yes, premature rupture if membrane. Just when I though nothing could go wrong, after a very normal first pregnency, birth and baby- my water broke before the completion of eight month of my second pregnancy. There was no pain just a gush of water and it remained like this for twelve days. I had to go to hospital every second day to get checked for any infections. Docs wanted to wait for eight months to complete and than induce. I never thought I would use such word, the idea if it just makes me so scared. With real labour u don’t know when it will start buy with induction…. Ahhhh. Anyways I still remember doctor said that I will be induced on first Monday after the right months of my pregnancy complete. And I was like, why not Saturday?(before the Monday because my eight months completed on Saturday) and doc smiled and sat we are kind of closed in Saturday, so no procedure on Saturday or Sundays. And just on that Sunday labor Iain’s started and it all went well. I just wanted to share my experience and let people know to expect good and really wish things turn out good at the end, like what happend to me !
