Every night, about 45 minutes before bed, I like to have my drink of chamomile tea. I find chamomile to be an effective sleep aid. Other scents, such as the ever popular lavender, Jasmine, rose and bergamot are also said to assist in relaxing you, helping you fall asleep…goodnight!

  • I need some sleeping tips. Some nights I take ages to nod off. Some nights I fall asleep ok but get woken up and once that happens, I struggle to go back to sleep. I would like to try the chamomile tea, but I just know it will having me running to the loo throughout the night :( The spritzing spray sounds like the go.. Will gave to see if I can find it

  • I have a wonderful spray from the body shop that you spritz on your pillow and you fall asleep quite fast it is made up mainly of lavender but there are some others in there too. I love it!
