Hello!

I had twin boys 6 years ago and then another son 14 months ago. I have longed to have a daughter and have not been shy to admit it. I love my boys more than anything in the world and I know I have no right to complain because 1/I can have kids 2/they are all healthy 3/we are surviving ‘just’ financially. I go back and forth between being so happy the ‘hardest’ part is over which to me is the first 12 months of having a baby(s) and not so happy that I will never experience that mother/daughter bond. We can’t afford anymore kids, have never travelled & we are most likely only capable of having sons! Anyway I better get used to it because my husband is attending his first ‘vasectomy’ appointment today! I don’t know whether to throw up, cry, throw a tantrum or rejoice that now is the time to move on and plan our future as a beautiful family of 5!

  • It’s always hard coming to that part of your life when a decision becomes final and you do go through so many emotions. Hope everything is settling down for you now.
