Hello!

I had the flu shot when I was pregnant and several years before. It is important for people that are high risks of developing complications if they were to get the flu eg pregnant or asthmatic like myself so I defiantly got it double risk :). Anyway if you are against it and really don’t feel like it is the right thing for you then don’t do it but I also heard that it will help your baby develop immunity also so that will not have as much of a change of getting sick when they enter the world. My bubba is 4 months and hasn’t even had a runny nose

  • I never used to get the Flu vaccine until a couple of years ago since Covid got here you need all the help you can receive especially if you are sick or elderly

  • Worse thing I ever did was get the flu shot, many, many years ago for about four years running and then I stopped, I’ve had one cold in all that time. High risk yes, good idea.

  • If your healthy, don’t do it. If you are at risk, do it!
